MMMMM... Brownies!
These easy-to-make low carb brownies are perfect for sharing as an after school snack or at a family get together. They're even easier to eat a whole batch, yourself ;)
Each low carb brownie mix is made with organic coconut flour, 100% unsweetened cacao, and a couple other high quality ingredients. These consistently rich and delicious treats will satisfy your craving while keeping carbs out of your diet!
Ingredients:
Coconut Flour, Unsweetened Cacao, Erythritol, Baking Powder

What You'll Need:
- 1 low carb brownie mix pack
- 3 eggs
- 12 TBSP Butter (melted and cooled)
I highly recommend using a metal baking pan, regular butter, and large size eggs. Alternatives may work, but I cannot guarantee results!

My Brownie Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
- Melt 12 TBSP butter and let cool
- Pour content of Low Carb Brownie Mix in a medium size bowl and whisk
- In large bowl, beat 3 eggs
- Add cooled butter and mix to large bowl
- Slowly add dry ingredients and mix until brownie consistency is formed
- Pour into pan and bake for 15-20 minutes
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes and enjoy (I like adding a scoop of Halo Top ice cream!)
