What You'll Need:

  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Butter, Melted and Cooled
  • 3/4 Cup Milk (Almond or Coconut)
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream

I highly recommend using a metal baking pan, regular butter, and large size eggs. Alternatives may work, but I cannot guarantee results!

Baking Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line a 9” cake pan with parchment paper
  • Melt butter and let cool
  • In a large bowl beat together eggs. Then add cooled butter, milk, heavy cream and mix
  • Pour in dry cake ingredients and mix well
  • Poor evenly into pan
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  • Let cool for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!
