What You'll Need:
- 4 Large Eggs
- ¾ Cup Almond Milk or Water
- ¼ Cup Melted Butter

I highly recommend using a metal baking pan, regular butter, and large size eggs. Alternatives may work, but I cannot guarantee results!

Baking Recipe:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place cupcake liners in pan
- Mix eggs, almond milk, melted butter and vanilla extract in a bowl
- Add dry ingredients and mix well
- Pour 3 Tablespoons batter per cupcake tin
- Pour into pan and bake for 23-30 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool for 2-3 minutes and enjoy
